Diversified Solutions provides Occupational Health and Safety services to local, Arizona and national clients. Our services are customized to meet our client individual needs. Our business philosophy is customer satisfaction without excuses. Our Occupational Health services include, but are not limited to: physical assessments including post-offer, annual, fitness for duty and CDL medical certification, DOT and non-DOT drug, alcohol and anabolic steroid testing using only certified collectors, wellness programs including health risk assessments, hearing and vision screens, workers compensation and disability case management and Occupational Health program market analysis, and development consulting. Our Safety services include, program assessment, development and training, OSHA recordkeeping, safety audits and background checks. Our Training programs are provided either on-site or off-site and include OSHA related training, CPR/First Aid, Hazard Recognition and Evidential Breath Technician training. Our specialty niche is nationally coordinated onsite flu vaccines. We are located in beautiful central Arizona, however, our services and reputation extend nationally.
